Water coolers will be placed throughout the exhibit hall, and you can add your logo to all of them!  Each time an attendee needs a drink of water, they will see your logo as they fill up their cup!

Gala Awards Dinner Wine Sponsor – SOLD OUT

Create a “buzz” at NASTT’s 2013 No-Dig Show Gala Dinner by providing the event’s wine. Each table’s wine bottle will be decorated utilizing company information and designs. NASTT’s No-Dig Show will provide the wine.  Sponsors are responsible for bottle decorations, and other associated costs.

Hotel Key Card Sponsor – $3,000 – SOLD OUT

How many times will you use your hotel key card at NASTT’s 2013 No-Dig Show? This is a sponsorship that will give your organization great exposure.

Sponsor is able to submit their own image for the key card. Sponsor provides the hotel key card and covers all associated costs. Hotel key card must have 4-color NASTT and 2013 No-Dig logos on the back of the key card.

Information Technology Hotspot – $2,500/station $7,000 for all 3 stations

Increase brand visibility in high traffic areas throughout the exhibit hall through the information technology sponsorship. Attendees will be appreciative of the provider of cell phone charging and email access.

Kick-Off Breakfast Event Sponsor – $2,500 – SOLD OUT

Display your company’s logo  on a window decal in the main hallway that connects the convention center to the Gaylord Palms!   Nearly every person attending NASTT’s 2014 No-Dig Show will walk through the hallway and see your logo!  Your logo will be displayed on 14 of the 28 windows available. The sponsor is responsible for the production of the decal.

Directional Floor Sign Sponsorship – Approximately $2,000 (price based on sq. footage)

Lead attendees to the exhibit hall, classroom sessions or registration with your company brand! The adhesive floor decals can be produced in any shape, (drills, bits, sewer tops, pipes, etc…) so be creative.

On-site Notebook/Conference Proceedings Sponsorship – $2,000 – SOLD OUT

Every full-conference attendee at NASTT’s No-Dig Show will be given the on-site notebook at registration. This notebook contains vital information about the show including the floor plan, schedule, abstracts and more! The note-taking section ensures that attendees will keep this book year-round. Place a full-page advertisement in this book for one of the best exposure opportunities the show has to offer.

The Directional Signage Sponsor will be recognized on each sign leading to all NASTT No-Dig Show venues.

Auction Reception Sponsor – $1,000 – SOLD OUT

Help us support a fun and exciting evening that benefits the NASTT Educational Fund for students at supporting universities.

As a sponsor of the auction, you will receive signage with your company’s logo as well as the accompanying PowerPoint presentation. Join us as we raise money for NASTT’s 12th Annual Educational Fund Auction.

Concession Sponsor – $1,000 – SOLD OUT

With a concession sponsorship, you will receive signage promoting your sponsorship in the concession area located in the exhibit hall, as well as your company name and/or logo on “No-Dig dollars” for an assigned day. What is a No-Dig dollar? All NASTT No-Dig full day conference attendees will be receiving “No-Dig dollars” at registration that can be used in place of US dollars to purchase food at the conference concessions.

Coffee Break Sponsor – SOLD OUT

All attendees need a coffee break during the active days of NASTT’s No-Dig Show. Coffee breaks are placed prominently in the conference classroom area. Sponsor provides cups and napkins if desired.


Attendee Giveaway Sponsor – $250

This is a great low-cost way to get your company’s name out in front of NASTT’s No-Dig attendees. As an Attendee Giveaway Sponsor you will be able to place a giveaway of your choice in the attendee giveaway bag. Sponsoring company will cover all associated costs.

On-site Notebook/Conference Proceedings Advertisements – $1,000 for full-page – $500 for half-page – $250 for quarter page – Must purchase by January 31st

All full conference attendees will be given NASTT’s 2013 No-Dig Show spiral notebook as their on-site program. Show your support by placing an advertisement in the official program. This notebook will include important show information, abstract papers, an exhibitor directory and much more. Attendees will certainly hold on to this useful conference gift.
